Sessions are dynamic and follow what the client brings. It is an ideal space for an adult to learn more about their nervous system and the roots of their challenges.

90 minute initial session. 60 - 90 minute follow up sessions depending on modality utilized. Regular sessions support greatest outcome.

Sessions provide the opportunity for a pre-crawling infant to tell their birth story, release tensions and re-organize their system. Often the session can be in a parent’s arms or on the massage table with parents involved.

90 minute initial session, 60-75 minute follow up sessions. Minimum 3 to 6 sessions recommended

Sessions take place on a massage table with client laying on a sheet, preferably wearing soft, flexible clothing that is not tight or restricting.

Hour long sessions for a child to be the focus and decide what they want to do during the time together. Requires a commitment from the family to a 6 month to one year process. Starts with an hour intake session with parents, weekly play sessions with child and monthly processing sessions with parents.
